Shipping and Returns
This Returns Policy should be read in conjunction with the Adora Terms of Use.
Please note: In addition to the rights set out in this policy, you may also have the right to cancel your order in accordance with our Cancellation Policy detailed.
Shipping
We currently deliver across the UK via Royal Mail Tracked services. You’ll receive a tracking link as soon as your order is dispatched.
Starter Kits
- Royal Mail Tracked 48: £2.95
- Royal Mail Tracked 24: £4.95
Refill Subscription Kits
- Royal Mail Tracked 48: £2.95 per shipment
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–2 working days. Standard delivery times apply from the moment your parcel leaves our warehouse.
Returns
In addition to your statutory rights (see “Right to Change Your Mind” below), we offer a 30-day returns window from the date your order is accepted.
Return Eligibility
You can return any product within 30 days of purchase for any reason, as long as the item is:
- Unused
- In its original packaging
- In the same condition you received it
Returns requested after the 30-day period are not eligible for a refund or exchange, unless the product is deemed faulty.
Faulty products may be returned within 6 months of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Return Process
- Email us at returns@adora.co.uk with your order number.
- We’ll send you a return address and instructions.
- Include a note inside the parcel with your name, email address, and order number.

Unless your item is faulty, you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
If the item is faulty, we’ll reimburse reasonable and evidenced return postage costs (excluding packaging or express options).
Exchanges
If you’d prefer an exchange, just let us know when requesting your return.
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll confirm approval by email. If approved, we’ll dispatch your replacement shortly after.
Please note: exchanges may take longer depending on stock availability and location.
If the returned item is not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts for reasons unrelated to us, we may only offer a partial refund or decline the exchange.
Refunds
Once we receive and approve your return, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 working days.
If you haven’t received your refund after 7 days:
- Check with your bank or card provider (processing times may vary)
- Contact us at returns@adora.co.uk with your order number
If a return is rejected, we’ll return the product to you and may charge return postage to your original payment method.
Right to Change Your Mind
Under UK Consumer Law, you have the right to cancel your contract with us (including subscriptions) within 14 days of receiving your first full delivery.
To do this:
- Email us within 14 days of receiving your order
- Return the item(s) within 14 days of cancellation
Returns must be at your own cost and risk.
We will refund you for:
- The product price
- Standard delivery (not premium delivery)
We may deduct from your refund if the item has been used beyond what's necessary to assess its suitability.
