We take care to ensure product descriptions and prices are accurate. However, variations may occur due to supply or manufacturing updates.

Once an order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email. Acceptance occurs when your items are dispatched.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are in GBP (£) and include VAT.

We accept payment via secure gateways including Shopify Payments and PayPal. By placing an order, you confirm that the payment method belongs to you or you are authorised to use it.

4. Subscriptions

When you subscribe to Adora products, you agree to recurring charges based on your selected cycle.

You may manage, pause, or cancel your subscription at any time via your account or by contacting us. Changes must be made at least 3 days before your next billing date.

If an order has already been processed, cancellation may not be possible. Refer to our Returns Policy.

We aim to dispatch orders within 1–2 working days. Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed.

6. Returns & Cancellations

Return unused items within 30 days for a full refund (excluding shipping). You also have a legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery.

13. Competitions & Giveaways

All competitions, prize draws, and giveaways run by Adora are regulated mainly by the CAP Code and consumer protection from unfair trading regulations. Promotions must be properly administered, which means clearly communicating significant conditions and having full terms and conditions available.

13.1 From time to time, Adora (Innovation Chem Ltd) may run competitions, prize draws, or giveaways, including in collaboration with third-party brands. Each promotion will be subject to these general terms unless specific terms are published separately for that promotion, in which case the specific terms take precedence.

13.2 Eligibility. Unless otherwise stated, competitions are open to UK residents aged 18 and over. Employees and immediate family members of Innovation Chem Ltd and any collaborating brand are excluded.

13.3 How to Enter. Entry methods will be stated in the promotional post or page. Typical entry requirements may include following specified social media accounts, liking a post, and tagging another user. No purchase is necessary unless explicitly stated.

13.4 Entry Period. Opening and closing dates will be clearly stated in the promotional material. Late entries will not be accepted.

13.5 Winner Selection. Winners will be selected at random from all valid entries unless otherwise stated. Winners will be notified via direct message on the relevant platform or by email within 14 days of the closing date.

13.6 Prizes. Prizes are as described in the promotional material, are non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or alternatives. Prize values quoted are at RRP and are approximate.

13.7 Collaborations. Where a competition is run in partnership with a third-party brand, that brand may be responsible for fulfilling their portion of the prize. Adora is not liable for any third-party prize fulfilment, quality, or delivery.

13.8 Data. By entering, you consent to your name and social media handle being used to announce winners. Personal data will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and will not be shared with third parties beyond what is necessary for prize fulfilment.
